There are 5 levels of support that we can offer you.


Consulting:

We can take a look at your current setup, and determine what avenues might make your technology more cost effective, and more efficient

Design:

Once we have evaluated your current setup, during the consulting phase; we can then work on a design, that best fits your situation. We will try to provide more than one solution to provide options in cost and performance. We will contact reputable vendors, to get the best price and service. We will then present our cost estimates to you, our client, with our recommendation based on the options we provided.

Implementation:

Once we have determined the cost of the project and an agreement has been made on the avenue that our client would like to go, we can then begin the implementation. During the implementation, it is our responsibility to assist in acquiring needed hardware/software for the implementation. In most cases, we will take the lead role in actually installing the hardware/software. In rare occasions a third party vendor will need to do the actual installation. We will monitor our time frame against our project plan, and keep our client informed on the progress.

Maintance:

Once technology is set in place, we can also support that technology. If something isn’t working we can resolve the issue ourselves. If something is in warranty or a proprietary piece of equipment, we can also contact the vendor, and troubleshoot with the vendor, for our clients.

Training:

If you feel as though there are areas in technology that you could use some training, we can also assist with that.
